For DIY projects, please select “DIY” from the pricelist dropdown located in the upper-left corner of this page before placing your order.
Once selected, we will contact you to review your project details and confirm the appropriate design requirements before beginning the work.
Please do NOT place an order through the website for a DIY project without changing the pricelist to “DIY”. Orders submitted under the incorrect pricelist may be cancelled and will need to be resubmitted with the correct selection.
The digital structural stamp applies to standard mounted systems on certified equipment.
Ballasted systems, mobile homes, tilt-up structures, or other non-standard installations require additional engineering review and will be quoted separately.
If RISA analysis or custom engineering is required by the AHJ, a separate quote will be provided.
The digital electrical stamp applies to standard residential single-phase systems only.
Three-phase, commercial, or non-standard electrical systems require additional review and will be quoted separately.
If the scope of work changes after the electrical, structural or both stamps have been issued and a re-stamp is required, a 50% re-stamp fee will apply.
